I agree with Robert’s.
Due the corona virus social distances have blocked people a lot. Ever since I had to take a sexual harassment class I have been turned off, especially women at the office. I feel underestimated. I don’t smile I don’t joke in other words I’m talking life too serious. Some women who were sooo conservative now called me dear during business conversation. Some send wink. I ignore them. In other words “you have something to say get direct. Other than that the winker will remain ridiculous. Especially the wink is done on a company cellphone.

winking is a signal given to a friend who is not aware of the situations .example: when there is a speaker who talks about the issues. but the issues are already settled. yet for the purpose of procedure, the speaker has to carry on the venue about the things on what should be done. while in reality, the decision has already been made.
so whatever is in the present movements, actions and practices, we ought to realize all is done behind close doors to some issues in life. people do handle the practice of the meeting for discussion for the people to choose and may be vote. but it is already decided. the actions done then is only formality.

There is also this less popular meaning behind a wink: Insolence and thoughts that the one who is winked at is inferior or weaker than the winker.

I was in a room with this doctor and my case manager who was a women also. When the consultation was over and we were getting up to leave the doctor gave me a wink and a big smile. Then as I looked away for a moment she winked again with another big smile . I was kinda thrown off for a moment by what this meant. I definitely had through the meeting thinking how I would love to be in that room by ourselves and how I would bend her over the exam table and make passionate love to her. So when she winked it was if she was reading my mind saying alright let’s do this. Really didn’t know what it meant.

Well… I don’t know… When I am in the office I use the internal chat to communicate and share work stuff with my colleagues and then, at the end of the conversations, I receive that wink sign from three or four women. I don’t want to think in a bad way but… could they be attracted to me? I don’t know… It could be and it could be not. I don’t know what to think… maybe I am letting go 4 great chances
