The point on raw coconut oil is true, though I do find that in the UK most of the year it is solid. Whether it&#039;s solid or liquid depends on the climate where you live and on the time of year.</description>

- It&#039;s important to mention how fatty acids are oxidized and also to distinguish between unprocessed and virgin oils. 
- Raw coconut oil is hardly solid at room temperature and will melt into a pool if left out in the summer.
- Industrial processing pressure cooks natural oils to lower their melting point. This makes them sticky, insoluable and deadly. Crisco barely melts at body temperature and can solidify like cement in your body. Real butter (unlike Crisco and other fake foods) melts well below human body temperature.</description>
