And yes, the noises at work are more funny than embarrassing, especially when coworkers echo the noises! I was trying not to laugh at my desk! So silly. Thank you! It's the anxiety that it will flair up again that is worrying me a bit. I'm often scared it will. I'll try zinc, in the past probiotics did nothing for me.
