Hi Felicia,

You’re right, it isn’t our natural state to have beaded nails. Although not diagnostic tools on their own, nail signs are there to help guide us towards what is going on in the body so we are better equipped to find the right ways to heal ourselves. I’m sorry to hear you haven’t been too well since last September. Perhaps a visit to a Naturopath would be helpful.

I have had “nail beading” (funny, didnt even knew it had a name) for at least a year now. I have been very sick since last september, have since had every test you can think of ran, on 3 different inhalers, took steroids, and 5 different antibiotics and nothing. I showed the doctor how all of my nails are very very rigged vertically…. they told me it was nothing…. just doesnt seem normal to me =/
